Eggnog Ice Cream


  • 2 cups full fat Eggnog
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (the real stuff)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Mix in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. Freeze 4+ hours before serving if you like it firm!
