Alfredo Sauce


1 stick butter, unsalted

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated




In a skillet (at least 10″), warm the butter and cream. Be careful to not let it boil.

Up the heat to medium-high, add the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is just about all incorporated. Remove from heat, continuing to stir until sauce is smooth.
