Apple Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS:

Bag of slaw mix (who has time to shave all that!?)

1 -2 large apples, diced

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 T Dijon mustard

1 T mayo

1 T sugar

1 T apple cider vinegar

S&P

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a small bowl combine the yogurt and all ingredients that follow. Stir.

In a large bowl, gently mix the slaw veggies and apple(s). Pour your yogurt sauce on top and mix.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
