Peach Ice Cream


3 large peaches, sliced

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

3/4 cup whole milk

2/3 cup sugar

1 T. vanilla extract

Pinch of salt



Pulse the peaches in a food processor until chopped to your liking. I like my pieces teeny tiny.

In a bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the peaches (any juices too!). Cover and pop the bowl in the fridge for a few hours.

Pour the mixture in your ice cream maker and let it mix, about 20 minutes or until thickened. Freeze in your favorite ice cream container!

Serve with fresh mint.
